Summer Bucket List & Survival Kit

This is a sponsored post, but all opinions are my own.

We are just under one month away from Summer Break for Emily and the weather finally warmed up!!!!  Summer is my absolute favorite time of year and I just can't wait; I'm counting the seconds until it begins.  Since it will be here before you know it I'm already planning all the fun we are going to have.  I also have two girls who are used to being in school and if Spring Break taught me anything it's that we need lots of activities to keep my busy bees entertained.  Here are some ideas so help inspire you and if you're local these are items that I definitely recommend:

With activities in order you and your little ones are going to need a survival kit to get through Summer.  Here's what our survival kit looks like:

-->
Probably the most important item on the list but the one that's the least exciting for little ones is sunscreen.  You don't want all your Summer fun to lead to bad burns so staying safe is ultra important.  We use AVEENO®  Baby CONTINUOUS PROTECTION Sunscreen Lotion with Broad Spectrum SPF 50 because the formula is gentle but 100% Zinc-Oxide UVA/UVB Mineral Protection.  It's also gentle, tear-free hypoallergenic and locks in moisture.  Aveeno is free of parabens, phthalates, dyes and fragrance.

-->
I suggest grabbing the two pack so you can have one on hand wherever your fun may be.  We keep one in our Summer Bag and another at Voa Voa's house since the girls spend a lot of time there.  You know me I love saving a buck or two so coupons are my best friend.  I have an Ibotta offer to share with you to get $5.00 off AVEENO®  Baby CONTINUOUS PROTECTION Sunscreen Lotion with Broad Spectrum SPF 50 at Walmart.  First you need to create an account with Ibotta which gives you cash back on your in-store purchases (signing up with this link gives you $10 to start).  It's super easy to use and within a few months I had over $50 in my account for items I was purchasing anyway.

What's on your Summer Bucket List? What's in your Survival Kit?  I always love hearing new ideas.

  8. Additionally, don't confuse comfort with survival, because survival is not a comfy situation. It's being able to do what it takes to stay alive, with what gear you have, and that will mean some discomfort. lost ways survival book
